Dear Dept. of HHS,
I'm corresponding to ask for an investigation into the Federal financial assistance as defined by the HHS Office for Civil Rights' regulations. This would include service grants to Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts.
There is no pro-rating of cost between Planned Parenthood Worcester's abortion business and their family planning only business. They are not allowed to self-refer to the same facility yet this is allegedly happening. This is an incestuous business relationship. This is a misuse of federal Title X monies. This shuffling of public money that is specifically targeted for “prevention” and use-prohibited for abortions, with the result being a continual increase in the number of abortions committed by Planned Parenthood.
Please initiate an investigation to apply corrective action. It is obvious that giving money to Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts' Worcester facility for prevention is resulting in their abortion numbers climbing, even when the national numbers were declining.
