-Ruth In an article in the Boston Globe on August 22, 2000 abortionist PHILLIP STUBBLEFIELD is quoted as saying, “Emergency contraception is not RU-486. It does not cause an ABORTION.” Also he says, “Despite the enormous potential for reducing unintended pregnancies(and, by extension, ABORTION)…” Well if emergency contraception does not stop a baby’s existence then the abortion on demand mentality is we have to get rid of this “product of conception”. And why have an abortion/use "emergency" contraception if it’s not a baby?

Because emergency contraceptions kills the unborn.

Why did “choice” advocates tolerate a drug abuser as an abortion doctor? Dr. HARRY GOLDENBERG was disciplined by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine (Case #83-2), and has a criminal history of drug abuse(docket #9009-CR-344, Brookline District Court), but for years did abortions at Preterm and Repro Associates in Brookline!(He might be in Hawaii now.) Where is the outrage against Brookline’s HOWARD SILVERMAN abortionist and owner of Repro Associates? 1. “Dr.” Silverman has admitted to sexual misconduct against a patient and has lost hospital admitting privileges(Boston Globe, September 6& 9, 1989). More sexual misconduct charges have recently been brought against Silverman at the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine (Boston Globe, July 2, 1999). 2. Repro was raided by the FBI and has been investigated for falsifying ultrasound test data in order to charge women more money for later term, and riskier abortions(Boston Globe, December 9, 1995). "The International Planned Parenthood Federation is violating US law, and there's proof to show it," said Mark DeYoung, director of American Life League. "The time has come to cut all US taxpayer dollars from Planned Parenthood."

DeYoung's statement follows congressional reports that IPPF used $700,000 in US taxpayer funds to pay for abortions in Uganda and India. A congressional spokesperson described the funding scandal "as proof that [IPPF] violated their own agreement with the US government." When questioned about the violation, IPPF defiantly called abortion a basic "human right" and blamed auditors from the US General Accounting Office for making "us believe we were not in a position to sign" the provision of the Mexico City Policy. That provision prevents US funds from going to foreign "family planning" projects that fund abortion, or to groups that lobby foreign governments for laws that decriminalize abortion.

"IPPF receives millions of dollars to kill the preborn children of poor women of color throughout the developing world," DeYoung said. "If most Americans knew about the genocidal underpinnings of IPPF, they would shudder to think that their tax dollars have supported it."

One of the top earners at The Boston Police Department is Captain William Evans who sometimes stands OUTSIDE Planned Barrenhood in Boston during the killing time to "protect and preserve".

Thirty six hundred innocent preborn babies are given the death sentence by abortion in America every day. Since abortion became legal(but still illegal in God’s court) in 1973 even our economy has been impacted by it. There are less people around to fill job slots. More immigrants are filling the work shortages that are taking place because there are human beings missing here.

The problems found with the Social Security system short-fall is estimated to begin in the year 2014. In 2014 there will be more retirees than employees. At that time, either employees will have to more than double their Social Security taxes they pay or the S.S. qualifying age will haveto be raised substantially or the system will go bust. Would this problem have been elimated if Roe v. Wade not occurred? ----

Princes and the King

Talk about being a caricature of oneself. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stevens included this comment in his dissent in the Bush-Gore decision of Dec. 12:

“It is confidence in the men and women who administer the judicial system that is the true backbone of the rule of law.”

How could we ever not have “confidence in the men and women” who gave us and ratified 28 years of unbridled child killing via Roe v. Wade and its progeny; ubiquitous contraception via Griswold v. Connecticut; and a legion of anti-God legislation from the bench. Justice Stevens continued:

“Time will one day heal the wound to that confidence that will be inflicted by today’s decision.”

Straining a gnat and swallowing a camel. It will take more than time to heal the wounds inflicted on a nation where innocent blood “cries from the ground” (Genesis 4:10).

“One thing, however, is certain. Although we may never know with complete certainty the identity of the winner of this year’s Presidential election (yes, we do Justice Stevens; it’s Bush, not Gore; get over it!), the identity of the loser is perfectly clear. It is the Nation’s confidence in the judge as an impartial guardian of the rule of law. I respectfully dissent.”

And we respectfully dissent from this piece of judicial fiction and anachronism. “The judge as an impartial guardian”?(!) Justice Breyer weighed in with some more in-denial rhetoric:

“The appearance of a split decision runs the risk of undermining the public’s confidence in the Court itself. That confidence is a public treasure. It has been built slowly over many years, some of which were marked by a Civil War and the tragedy of segregation.”

Abortion evidently does not register on Justice Breyer’s Richter scale of tragedies.

One prominent feature of the post-election interval was confusion. In Scripture, confusion is associated with the wrath of God; it is visited upon the enemies of Israel, or upon Israel itself when she has violated God’s covenant (Ex. 23:27; DT. 28:2; Is. 19:14, 34: 11, 45: 16). In individuals, confusion is the antithesis of the spirit in harmony with God.

So, is God about to deliver a crushing judgment to our nation; is He telling us our time is up(in biblical terminology: “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers o of the heavens will be shaken; then will appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven” (Matt. 24-29-30)?

Or is it an hour of mercy, in which the Lord held up for all to see the Hellish magnitude of lies and deceit perpetrated by Gore & company, only to spare us from him-giving us instead a mediocre alternative in the person of Bush? Still, Bush is the man we’ve got. This whole saga is yet another reminder of the admonition, “Put not your trust in princes”(Psalm 146:3). Our trust belongs in the King, and there is no doubt about who the King is: As the angel Gabriel promised to Mary: “…the Lord God will give to Him the throne of His father David, and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of His kingdom there will be no end”. (Luke 1:32-33) The Incarnation of Christ marked a decisive step in the establishment of the Kingdom of God and the defeat of its enemies: it is the union of God and man, of divine nature with human nature; Christ took our humanity so that believers can partake of His divinity(2Peter 1:4), thereby sharing in His victory over the enemies of sin and death, and over all earthly powers(Daniel 7:13-14). We are not merely in the entourage of the conquering hero; we participate in His Resurrection, Ascension, and His life(Colossians 2&3; Ephesians 2:6) But, we also participate in His suffering(Col. 1:24, Phil 3:10-11, & Rom. 8:17). Some Christians of ancient Rome thought that persecution and other suffering implied the loss of God’s favor and blessing. By way of correction, St. Paul reminded them that tribulations cannot “separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Rom. 838). Suffering is a mystery, and we cannot fathom all of its meaning on this side of eternity; but it is God’s providential means to bring to maturity within us His gifts of Faith, Hope, and Love; and to share in His redemptive work(Col. 1:24). Not that He needs our help; we need His help. Unfortunately too many Christians are to some degree defeated by tribulations, rather than victorious over them. As if the world and its powers-whether police, courts, unjust laws, abortionists, or more ordinary thugs-are king instead of Christ. But Peter reminds us that persecution and tribulation are the norm for Christians. Like soldiers on the battlefield, we shouldn’t surprised when the enemy shoots at us; rather, we should forge ahead in the battle, wasting no time or energy on self-pity. In His Passion, Christ suffered and was killed. But He was not conquered, because He freely offered His life. “I lay down my life…No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord”. Planned Parenthood has connections with porn. The Abortion provider has joined the American Civil Liberties Union and the American Library Association in a lawsuit challenging the Children's Internet Protection Act -- which would require schools and libraries that receive federal funds for Internet access to install filters to block porn sites. The Abortion-Provider has joined in the lawsuit with the ACLU and ALA. I think the reason for this addition is that their Teenwire website contains "graphic information about sexually deviant behavior." He cites that as a possible reason why the abortion industry joined the American Civil Liberties Union and the American Library Association in a lawsuit challenging the Children's Internet Protection Act -- which would require schools and libraries that receive federal funds for Internet access to install filters to block porn sites. Planned Parenthood has opposed restrictions on pornography before. "In the [19]20s and the [19]30s, Planned Parenthood was at the forefront of successfully fighting to eliminate the laws at the time that prohibited sending sex information in the U.S. mail." Another more recent example of Planned Parenthood's support for the distribution of pornography, saying the organization "launched a successful legal challenge to the Communications Decency Act, which was overturned, and that would have kept pornography off the Internet as well."

Don R. Jaffe in Lime 5 book is John Roe 161. "Robin" age 19, had an abortion by John Roe 161 on Feb. 22, 980. As Roe later admitted, he realized during the abortion that the fetus was closer to 16 or 17 weeks rather than the 11 or 12 weeks he and estimated, but he continued to employ an early-abortion technique on this advanced pregnancy. Robin pleaded for him to stop due to pain, but he told her that he was saving her money by not giving her an anestetic, and "to hold on a littler longer." He persisted for over an hour, perforating her uterus and bladder, and lacerating her cervix.

Since her release from the hospital, Robin has suffered thrombophlebitis, urinary tract infections, pain and swelling in her leg, migraines, and painful and irregular menses. Medical records show that the pregnancy was between 19 and 21 weeks. The facility where Robin had her abortion was a member of the National Abortion Federation. Footnote 131 says Suffolk (MA) Superior Court Civil Action No. 47117

Then from same book is John Roe #70 who is Howard J. Silverman. This abortionist, a member of the National Abortion Federation, admitted to charges of sexual misconduct with a patient after "Cheryl" accused him of placing his mouth on her breasts for several minutes on two separate occasions. Although Robin went into shock, there was a delay of over an hour before she was finally taken to a hospital. Even then, the clinic sent her a taxi rather than an ambulance. In the emergency roo, doctors found her abdomen full of blood. Robin required 16 units of blood, and 6 hours of surgery to repair her uterus and bladder. She also needed a hysterectomy. She spent four days in the intensive care unit, nearly died, and was hospitalized for about a month. (from Lime 5 book) Since her release from the hospital, Robin has suffered thrombophlebitis, urinary tract infections, pain and swelling in her leg, migraines, and painful and irregular menses. Full Text of Laws (Statutes)(about Rape) Chapter 265: Section 23. Rape and abuse of child. Whoever unlawfully has sexual intercourse or unnatural sexual intercourse, and abuses a child under sixteen years of age shall, for the first offense, be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for life or for any term of years, or, except as otherwise provided, for any term in a jail or house of correction, and for the second or subsequent offense by imprisonment in the state prison for life or for any term of years, but not less than five years; provided, however, that a prosecution commenced under the provisions of this section shall not be placed on file or continued without a finding. Chapter 265: Section 13B. Indecent assault and battery on child under fourteen; penalties; subsequent offenses; eligibility for parole, etc. Whoever commits an indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of fourteen shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than ten years, or by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for not more than two and one-half years; and whoever commits a second or subsequent such offense shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for life or any term of years; provided, however, that a prosecution commenced under the provisions of this section shall not be placed on file or continued without a finding. No person serving a sentence for a second or subsequent such offense shall be eligible for furlough, temporary release, or education, training or employment programs established outside a correctional facility until such person shall have served two-thirds of such minimum sentence or if such person has two or more sentences to be served otherwise than concurrently, two-thirds of the aggregate of the minimum terms of such several sentences. In a prosecution under this section, a child under the age of fourteen years shall be deemed incapable of consenting to any conduct of the defendant for which said defendant is being prosecuted. Opinions of the Supreme Judicial Court Consent is not a defense to charge of statutory rape. Commonwealth v. Elder, 389 Mass. 743 (1983). A reasonable mistake as to the age of the victim is not a defense. Commonwealth v. Knap, 412 Mass. 712 (1992).
